Goto Help -> Install New Software... -> Select the discovery site for your version of eclipse.
Now in the “Remote Access and Device Development” tree, select the “Remote System Explorer End-User Runtime”, install it BOOM!!!

Eclipse - FTP, Linux, SSH, Telnet, Unix for Eclipse
I have been searching for a good plugin to support sftp from eclipse and have found this treasure. Solution is RSE (Remote System Explorer).
Goto Help -> Install New Software... -> Select the discovery site for your version of eclipse.
Now in the “Remote Access and Device Development” tree, select the “Remote System Explorer End-User Runtime”, install it BOOM!!!
